Our client, a plastic housewares manufacturer is looking for potential candidates to be placed as Marketing Manager with details as follows:
JOB SUMMARY
- Position: Marketing Manager

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Strategic sourcing, supplier and internal stakeholder management for all marketing services (e.g. advertising/creative, ad production, brand PR, influencer, and experiential marketing) for all Housewares products produced by the Company
- Coordinate strategic sourcing initiatives for specific types of marketing services
- Develop and implement branding awareness and product development strategies that support company growth.
- Meet annual targets and increase cash flow;
- Understand the current and future development needs of the company in all existing marketing lines, and translate them into results for the benefit of superiors and the Company;
- Lead/contribute to industry analysis and market analysis as needed;
- Manage existing products and the various distribution networks involved in them until the products arrive in the hands of consumers;
- Prepare and execute local bids as needed;
- Lead local negotiations and make local agreements as needed;
- Ensure compliance with the policies set by Management;
- Lead/support regional/global initiatives as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Men/Women; Preferably Women;
- Maximum age 32 years;
- Employment Rate Manager/Assistant Manager;
- Qualification Bachelor’s degree (S1); Management/Business Administration/Communication Science
- Work experience 2 years;
- Type of work Full time;
- Job Specialization Manufacturing, Purchasing/Material Management, FMG
- Experience in Strategic Sourcing of Services, ideally Marketing Services.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Marketing Manager, with proven skills by providing some overview of marketing planning or strategy.
- Years of experience in managing sales.
- Years of experience partnering and influencing senior internal stakeholders.
- Experience working in a multinational (ideally global) and multicultural environment.
- Experience working in matrix organizations and collaborating with different functions.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
