MARKETING COMMUNICATION MANAGER (SENIOR MANAGER) – LOGISTICS (JAKARTA)

Our client, a multinational logistic company is looking for potential candidates to be placed as Marketing Communication Manager (Senior Manager) with details as follows:

 

JOB SUMMARY

• • Position: Marketing Communication Manager (Senior Manager)
  • Division: Marketing Communication
  • Location: Jakarta
  • Industry: Logistics
  • Salary: Rp 30.000.000,00 – Rp 40.000.000,00

 

ROLE SUMMARY:

• • Develop, coordinate and implement advertising, promotional, and public relations campaigns to achieve targeted return on investments whilst managing and further developing company branding

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• • Develop, plan and implement efficient campaigns to secure maximum return on investment whilst ensuring that costs are kept within the Company’s budget, including evaluating and implementing sponsorship programs
  • Evaluate, design, and implement marketing initiatives through close liaison and effective management of the appointed Agencies
  • Develop and implement community and environmental awareness projects to position DHL as a socially responsible corporate citizen
  • Plan and coordinate events to build sales networking opportunities with customers, which can facilitate sales efforts to secure business for the company
  • Source and handle corporate gifts for specific events, festivities, and occasions
  • Ensure adherence to regional & global guidelines for all branding, communications, and advertising initiatives and processes
  • Ensure all relevant departments are educated or briefed on new campaigns through various internal resources and channels before the launch

 

REQUIREMENTS:

• • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Mass Communication (or related field)
  • Having 5 years of management experience in a marketing or advertising environment, working in a service-related industry
  • Good understanding of customers’ profiles in specific industries and applying creative, innovative, and effective advertising and promotional strategies
  • Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
  • Communication skills (English and local language), spoken and written
