JOB DETAILS:
- Must be able to develop syllabus both technical and non-technical, for example, Mechanic syllabus from basic – intermediate-advanced level
- Will handle both inbound training (internal dealers, mechanics, aftersales team AXC) and outbound (future needs) which are more socialization of EV technicalities to schools/campus, talk shows to external with outcomes for product promotion, mechanical candidate sourcing, etc.
