SALES OFFICER – ICT SOLUTION SERVICES (JAKARTA)
ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Our client, an ICT (Information and Communication Technology) solution services company is looking for potential candidates to be placed as Sales Officer with details as follows:
JOB SUMMARY
- Position: Sales Officer
- Division: Sales
- Location: Jakarta
- Industry: Information and Communication Technology
- Salary: Rp 12.600.000,00 (Basic) + Rp 4.000.000,00 (Allowance) = Rp 16.600.000,00 (Total)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and maintain a solid sales pipeline to sustain monthly targets
- Analyze customers current and future requirements by analyzing current spend
- Cold Call New Prospects
- Ensure sound understanding and compliance of all legislation
- Present to customers solution proposals
- Identify and establish the right contact with potential clients within the designated territory proactively, opportunities mapping to dig for potential opportunities
- Meet annual individual and team sales goals and targets
- Develop, research, and maintain the customer directory for new business development opportunities
- Develop and maintain the sales proposal repository for the company.
- Research, collect and analyze data to learn more about consumer behavior and trends
- Research & analyze data relevant to product features, technology trends, service expectations, competitors’ info, etc
- Carry out professional sales activities which shall include but not be limited to:
- Respond to sales inquiries
- Prepare/present written presentations, reports, and price quotations or project proposal
- Perform sales pitches/presentations to earn customers’ interests
- Qualify customers before further Pre-Sales activities
- Review bid documents/project requirements to understand customer requirements or issues
- Work with the Pre-Sales and Solution Architect team for the proposed solutions and quotation
- Personal relationship management with key accounts
- Facilitate meetings and follow-up with clients to close deals
- Manage and prioritize focused efforts to win projects
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent communication and influencing skills;
- Have the talent to build and maintain relationships, both internally with colleagues and externally with customers
- Demonstrated sales experience (B2B)
- Previous telecommunications or IT industry experience
- Understanding of Networking or Hardware
- Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering and related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- In-depth understanding of business dynamics and complexity of channel management
- Ability to work independently with strong advocacy and motivation to drive results
- Excellent relationship management, communications, and interpersonal skills
- Strong influencing and negotiation behaviors
- Excellent business ethics and integrity
- ‘Can do’ attitude and Sense of Urgency
- Strong working knowledge of the IT networking technology community, culture, and players
- Proactive, results-oriented outlook, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Must be a high-energy, motivated self-starter with the desire to grow within the organization
- Good Understanding of the sales process, commercial negotiations & contracts
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for success
- Highly Motivated; can work in a rapidly growing company and industry
