Our client, an ICT (Information and Communication Technology) solution services company is looking for potential candidates to be placed as Telesales with details as follows:
JOB SUMMARY

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To conduct in-depth analysis and create business opportunities through ways of telesales or other forms of communications to new customers within assigned country and region; To promote a full range of products and overall solutions of a world-famous cloud solutions provider, and to ensure good customer experience;
- To understand customer industry, characteristics and needs, followed by developing sales plans and sales forecasts by using internal and external resources and processes. To also manage sales activities, process and track effective orders, and achieve the company’s sales targets;
- Act as the brand ambassador of the product, strive to continuously improve the international popularity of the brand, and help establish a good brand image.
REQUIREMENTS:
- College degree or above, major in computer/marketing is preferred
- Sales experience /IT industry working experience or telephone sales experience is preferred
- Bahasa and English is the main working language, and fluency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing is required;
- Strong communication ability / logical thinking ability and coordination ability;
- Positive, Able to work in high pressured environment, strong work enthusiasm, and good team consciousness.
