CONTROLLER MANAGER – AUTOMOTIVE (2W) (JAKARTA)

Our client, a manufacturing company is looking for potential candidates to be placed as Controller Manager with details as follows:

 

JOB SUMMARY

• • Position: Controller Manager
  • Division: Manager
  • Location: Jakarta
  • Industry: Automotive (2w)

ACCOUNTABILITY AND OBJECTIVES :

• • Enhancing and supporting in controlling activities on business
  • Performing the business controlling activities for budgeting, reporting, analysis, and forecasting at the PID level liaising with Asia Pacific (APAC) and Group headquarter guidelines and requirements
  • Preparing and analyzing management reporting on KPIs
  • Proactively collaborating with the IT department in maintaining and developing IT controlling tools
  • Coordinate one resource to provide reliable information to support management’s decision-making on Operations and Purchasing activities

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• • Managing the yearly budgeting and the regular reporting, analysis, and forecasting
  • Variances analysis
  • Keeping a strict interaction with controlled departments in order to be updated on the relevant business trends
  • Collaborating with the Group Controlling department for general guidelines, ad hoc analysis, and reporting
  • Preparing Monthly closure activities
  • Mastering the IT systems of the function, supporting the IT department to the best development of the tools

 

REQUIREMENTS:

• • At least 6 years of experience (of which at least 2 years with managerial responsibilities) in business controlling role in structured international companies
  • Well-based financial, accounting, and controlling competences
  • IT systems:
    • Solid knowledge of SAP, in particular MM, CO, and FI modules is essential
    • Good understanding of the most critical Microsoft suite tools is needed
  • Languages: fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Capability in dealing with complexity in a multinational environment
  • Capability to promote team-working and collaboration among the different functions both at local and Group level
  • High level of personal discipline and integrity
  • Strong focus on the result
  • Dynamic, enthusiastic personality eager to learn with strong curiosity and proactive approach
  • “Hands-on” approach together with a high commitment in respecting working deadlines
