ICT MANAGER – AUTOMOTIVE (2W) (JAKARTA)

Our client, a manufacturing company is looking for potential candidates to be placed as ICT Manager with details as follows:

 

JOB SUMMARY

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• • Collects, aggregates, and promotes the locals needs, managing specific problem resolution
  • Able to manage contractual relationships with local suppliers, define and monitor KPI / SLA of the contracted activities in order to verify the correct fulfillment and guarantee the maximum result/benefit to the company
  • Develops the budget needs in accordance with the company’s HQ guidelines and uses the assigned ICT target to implement the ICT global standards (Hardware, Software, Security, etc)
  • Facilitate the local deployment of central ICT solutions
  • Coordinates and manages the ICT workgroup
  • Maximizes the use of the ICT resources
  • Evaluating risks and ensuring the highest quality as well as managing issues as they occur
  • Accountable for the coordination, diffusion, application, and monitoring of the cybersecurity and data protection

 

REQUIREMENTS:

• • have at least 6 years in ICT department in an international environment and at least 3 years in a similar/managerial position.
  • Experience in manufacturing plant deployment will be a plus.
  • Economic skills in order to manage a budget (running costs and capitalized costs)
  • Business Processes knowledge (mainly Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, After Sales, Finance, HR)
  • ICT experience and knowledge:
    • Network and IT management
      • Network design (load balancers, switches, DNS…), VMware and virtualization environment, NAS & SAN Storage, Active Directory and Group policies, SAP Platform, Cisco systems and configurations (basic)
    • Internet and email
      • TCP/IP routing, protocols, and security aspects (protection, filtering, proxy, firewall, and SSL communication and certificates…)
    • Cloud technology
      • MS O365, Azure, SAP, AWS, and other similar providers
    • Collaboration platform
      • Microsoft Sharepoint, Teams, One Drive, and similar
    • Programming languages
      • Unix/Windows/Linux command script (basic)
    • Operating & DB systems and licenses
      • Windows Server, Unix/Linux dialect, SQL, and Oracle management systems
    • Productivity Suite
      • MS Office 365 suite and apps
    • SAP ERP
      • ECC, S4/HANA, CRM, SRM, Hybris, HCM, SuccessFactors, BPC, Fiori, API management
    • Analytics
      • PowerBI, SAP BW
    • PLM & CAD
      • Windchill and Creo (basic)
    • RPA & Process Mining (plus)
      • UiPath
