Our client, a retail company is looking for potential candidates to be placed as Marcomm Manager with details as follows:

 

JOB SUMMARY

• • Position: Marcomm Manager
  • Division: Marketing Communication
  • Location: Jakarta
  • Industry: Retail
  • Salary: Rp 15.000.000,00 – Rp 20.000.000,00

 

MAIN OBJECTIVES :

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• • Developing strategic marketing plans by analyzing the market as well as managing budgets and supporting sales
  • Conduct extensive media outreach to enhance market awareness of various brands (traditional marketing as well as social media and digital marketing) to seek ways to fulfill the organization’s goals and enhance the reputation of the company
  • Lead and motivate teams to achieve the plans
  • Cooperation with program banks
  • Cooperation with malls and plazas in terms of marketing promotion

 

REQUIREMENTS:

• • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing scope (Public Relations/Business Management/ Advertising/Mass Communications or equivalent)
  • Max age 36 years old
  • Benefits: Salary, transportation, insurance, phone allowance
  • Experience (as Manager) minimal 5 years in related field is required for this position (preferably from retail fashion)
  • Internet and digital media literate is a must
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
  • Good command of Mandarin is an advantage
  • Result-oriented, proactive, energetic, and excellent in people communication skills.
