RETAIL MANAGER – RETAIL (JAKARTA)

Our client, a retail company is looking for potential candidates to be placed as Retail Manager with details as follows:

 

JOB SUMMARY

• • Position: Retail Manager
  • Division:

  • Salary: Rp 15.000.000,00 – Rp 20.000.000,00

 

MAIN OBJECTIVES :

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• •  Help customers or buyers find the product they are looking for,
  • Notify customers of information regarding the price of goods,
  • Arrange delivery of goods ordered from suppliers if the desired goods are out of stock,
  • Notify store/business manager about inventory,
  • Organize and run the payment process for goods,
  • Packaging of goods and arranging the delivery of goods ordered by the buyer,
  • Ensure the store is clean and tidy,
  • Collect data on the stock of goods,
  • Arrange for damaged goods to be repaired or exchanged and returned/returned.
  • Carry out inventory of goods and conduct related analysis to determine whether goods need to be added to inventory or not,
  • Make product offers to buyers with the ability to explain product descriptions clearly,
  • Handle complaints submitted by customers regarding the goods and services of the retail business/store it runs,
  • Deal with emergencies such as theft or robbery and must know what to do and how to deal with them.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

• • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing scope (Public Relations/Business Management/ Advertising/Mass Communications or equivalent)
  • Max age 36 years old
  • Benefits: Salary, transportation, insurance, phone allowance
  • Experience (as Manager) minimal 5 years in related field is required for this position (preferably from retail fashion)
  • Internet and digital media literate is a must
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
  • Good command in Mandarin is an advantage
  • Result-oriented, proactive, energetic, and excellent in people communication skills.
