Our client, an automotive company is looking for potential candidates to be placed as Head of Sales Group with details as follows:

 

JOB SUMMARY

    • Position: Head of Sales Group
    • Division: Sales (Executive General Manager)
    • Location: Jakarta
    • Industry: Automotive
    • Salary: Rp 100.000.000,00 (Gross)

 

ROLE SUMMARY:

    • A sales leader with a strong appreciation of new innovation across all things. Manages the sales activities of the dealership by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.
    • Manage and Responsible for Sales plan, Network strategy, and implementation of Sales (Sales Operation, Sales Planning, the company’s Training Academy, PIO & logistics, Used car & Mobility and GSO & Fleets).

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Responsible for Sales target
    • Responsible for Success launch of a new product.
    • Responsible for Sales Program strategic.
    • Responsible for Retail dealer sales and fleet sales and GSO.
    • Responsible for Training Development program for Dealers.
    • Responsible for Used car and Mobility strategy business operation
    • Responsible for Distribution supply and Demand Strategic.
    • Analyze market and sales data, delivering reports on findings to other vital decision-makers

 

REQUIREMENTS:

    • Have good communication, Negotiation, Prospecting skills, and Business development
    • Have good market knowledge, Meeting Sales Goals, and Strategic Planning
    • High motivation, Business Development, and creativity
    • Must be able to set up, organize and operate the functions successfully
    • Minimal Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field with minimum 15 years of experience in Sales leader position of automotive industry
    • Minimum 15 years of experience in Sales leader position of automotive industry
    • Related experience in Sales, Marketing & Dealer Development of Auto manufacturers (10 – 15 years)
    • Knowledge of Automotive sales process (retail and wholesales) and Dealer Performance Management
    • Advanced skills in data interpretation & analysis, sales, and product planning
    • Dealer and network development
    • Market and brand awareness
    • Achieve Whole Sales (WS) and Retail Sales (RS) target
    • Effective Dealer network strategy
    • Fleet, Government, Police & Army networking
    • Manage Used car & Mobility Business plan
