A regional Sales Manager is a person who is fully oriented towards achieving sales targets, an energetic person who can motivate/support his subordinates to achieve targets has excellent communication & negotiation skills, is accustomed to working with data and strong analytical thinking, and agile and observant in seize opportunities and respond quickly to changes in trends and competitors’ actions



    • Prepare annual and monthly sales targets per area / per dealer team based on economic conditions, trends, areas, dealer manpower strength, and product focus
    • Monitor the performance and target achievement of the Area Manager, Store Head, and sales team
    • Make weekly sales reports which include (total sales, leasing performance, Network performance, and Manpower performance)
    • Work closely with the Marketing Manager and Leasing to create programs that can increase sales and market share (eg: product campaigns, incentive boosters, salesman competitions, etc.)
    • Fostering the AM team, store heads, sales coordinators, PIC Network, and salesmen to work together to achieve predetermined goals
    • Observing market trends, supply, and demand, as well as competitors to make an action plan
    • Make long-term and short-term strategic planning to increase sales and their implementation
    • Monitor the running of the Fleet Sales Institution program so that it runs well and is in accordance with the company’s targets
    • Monitor the performance and number of networks such as NEQ and small Channels in Bangka Belitung
    • Mentoring AM, Head of shop, and sales team if needed
    • Establish good relations with internal and external parties (Leasing, Main Automotive Manufacturer, regional KOL agencies)
    • Ensure that the targets set are in accordance with trends, areas, and manpower strengths
    • Fully responsible for the performance of the team under him
    • Ensuring sales reports are accurate and accompanied by analysis and action plans
    • Ensuring that the programs created can increase sales and motivate the sales team
    • Ensuring that the strategy made is appropriate and right on target and sales can increase min. 5% every month.
    • Ensuring that the planned & approved strategy is implemented properly and increases sales
    • Ensuring sales to agencies grow at least 5% every month and sales programs to agencies are implemented by all dealers
    • Ensure that all Yamaha networks are active (especially NEQ & Post / Channel which is the responsibility of the PIC Network)
    • Ensuring the team under him works in synergy
    • Ensuring good collaboration between the marketing & sales divisions
    • Ensuring that good relations are established with internal and external parties (Leasing, Main Automotive Manufacturer, regional KOLs)
