REQUIREMENTS
- Require > 5 years experiance
- Bachelor's Degree
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overseeing, leading and management of Engineering Teams and Technical matters in designs, products and processes.
- Responsible for lean manufacturing, establish SOP to improve productivity
- Responsible for equipment preventive maintenance, good condition ready for production in produce high quality product.
- Team building, management and training needs
- Plan strategies for the development of designs and products on schedule and on budget
- Implementing safety production guideline and policy, organize safety production measure
- Understand Project need, determine project goals and objectives and report on outcomes. Ensure the project completed efficiently
- Resolved engineering related matters
