PPIC MANAGER
REQUIREMENTS
- Require > 5 years experiance
- Bachelor's Degree
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the overall resource planning of all orders in the project, including production capacity, manpower, equipment, etc., to meet the shipping requirements
- Responsible for daily tracking of project progress and daily rolling shortage reports, weekly project summary and task arrangement, and monthly report, training
- Responsible for overall coordination and decision-making on major abnormalities which affecting delivery, work out suitable plans
- Responsible for team building to create positive, energetic high quality team
- Responsible for production meeting, co-ordination, follow up respective parties. Developing production schedules based on demand forecasts to meet customer requirements
- Strong production schedule and planning based on plant capacity and production specifications. Plan work flow and schedules for production departments
- Reviewing production schedules and labor forecasts to determine whether additional staff will be required during certain times of the year
- Determine equipment, materials and manpower required to complete production
- Monitor production status and ensure timely delivery.Identify delays and accordingly adjust schedules to meet deadlines
- Assist in employee hiring, training, performance evaluation, retention and termination activities
- Ensure that finished products meet quality standards and customer specifications
