HEAD OF TALENT ACQUISITION & PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement HR Talent Acquisition and Performance Management strategies and initiatives.
Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
Assess and create Distinct Job profiles for all position in organization.
Develop and Implement employee training needs aligned with the organization strategy.
Manage people development life cycle such as recruitment, selection, people mapping, training need analysis.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum undergraduate program in Psychology from reputable university. Holding master's degree in psychology is a plus.
Proven working experience as HR Manager or another HR Executive with minimum experience in similar position at least 2 (two) years.
Target oriented and results driven.
Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
Ability to know people's habits and profiles based on general psychological abilities such as DISC and MBTI.
Competency management
Ability to manage assessment center such as psychological tools, BEI, FGD, In Tray is a plus.
