FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING TAX MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managerial
- Evaluate the performance of the Department.
- Develop work plan programs and work budgets
- Develop plans for HR needs and development
- Distribution of tasks, supervision, and performance evaluation of subordinates
- Perform analysis, evaluation, development and procedures for supervising the implementation of work and company regulations
- Prepare recommendations for awards, punishments and promotions, transfers, demotions of subordinates
- Conduct training, coaching, counseling to the team
- OPERATIONAL
- Able to publish financial and accounting reports, balance sheets and income statements
- Manage and process the company's financial data, income statement reports, cash flow reports accurately and in a timely manner
- Perform work on financial reports & accounting companies including for tax purposes
- Manage all aspects of fixed financial assets, AP, AR, Petty Cash and Bank reconciliation
- Coordinate and control the planning, reporting and payment of company tax obligations so that efficiency is accurate, timely and in accordance with applicable government regulations
- Monitor all the work of the Finance & Accounting division staff so that it runs well
- Plan, implement and monitor the process of developing financial & accounting systems and procedures
- Plan, organize and control the company's cash flow
- Plan, organize and control the company budget
- Can make transactions in large quantities
- Control & Coordination
- Monthly internal meeting in FAT department
- Coordination with superiors
- Coordination with external parties (banks, taxes, etc.)
- Administration & Reporting
- Monthly Financial Report
- Also experience working with SAP, IFCA, and Accurate.
