OPERATIONAL SUPERVISOR
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managerial
- Plan, analyze, monitor the planning inventory stock of motor units in the Main Dealer warehouse in order to achieve the ideal stock level so that there is a balance between supply & demand for both customers based on the Main Dealer
- Analyze the needs and demand for motorcycle units from all Main Dealers in order to plan inventory stock based on type, color, and quantity to achieve the ideal stock level at each Main Dealer
- Assist in solving problems regarding transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer problems
- Coordinate with other departments to integrate logistics with systems or business processes, such as sales to customers, order management, accounting, or shipping
- Supervise the work and divide the tasks of the logistics team
- Help direct incoming or outgoing logistics operations, such as transportation or warehouse activities, safety performance, or logistics quality management
- Developed a process & inventory system for motorcycle unit stock in the Main Dealer warehouse so that there is a more effective inventory stock process and system to maintain ideal stock levels and on target
- Checking reports and logistics documentation
