MARKETING LEADER (MANAGER)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute marketing strategy that supports the company goals and the the target right customers through a variety of channels that enable the sales organization
- Planning and operating affiliate programs to enhance customer benefit, increase internal customer welfare and create new business models
- Lead and manage marketing team and provide guidance, mentoring to ensure teams’ success in marketing planning and campaign execution
REQUIREMENTS
- Max 40 years old
- Bachelor degree in marketing communication, business or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in leadership role
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies
- Strong leadership
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools sosmed, marketing, and SEO
- Experience in insurance & home/electronic appliance
