MANAGER ELECTRONIC ARCHIVE
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage month-end process and provide management reports to both local and overseas management group
- Make periodic reports and provide recommendations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Document Management System and Media Transfer.
- Maintain good relations with business partners.
- Establish good relations with business partners to ensure quality service delivery.
- Build a network of new business partners to improve the services offered.
- Identify customer needs and develop a Document Management System and Media Transfer according to these needs.
- Create a document management system development plan and media transfer, allocate resources, and direct the team to achieve project goals.
- Ensure delivery of Document Management System and Media Transfer systems on time, within budget, and meet specifications.
- Maintaining relationships with existing customers, including monitoring customer service so that it can be carried out satisfactorily
- Consult with superiors in terms of finding obstacles beyond their authority (such as price requests from customers that are below standard, special requests)
- Analyzing and reviewing the development of electronic archive trends and their impact on the company as a whole
- Directing and coordinating the creation of an effective and efficient management of electronic records services for customers and companies
- Monitor every work process in the corporate environment and prepare data and present data needed for various purposes, such as monthly reports, annual reports, and information, analysis

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum S-1 technical education majoring in Computer Science or Information Technology
- Have experience Min 4 years in the same position or 7 years in the field of Marketing
- Have good communication and negotiation skills
- Have Marketing Knowledge
- Have leadership and teamwork skills
