SALES OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE
JOB DESCRIPTION
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment and coordination of sales efforts.
Coordinate order processing activities between Sales, Order Processing Operations and Finance teams.
Generate sales reports, forecasts, and dashboards for management and sales teams.
Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify customer preferences, trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
Manage and maintain CRM (Salesforce) system and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Support sales team in lead management, opportunity tracking, and pipeline management.
Support the sales team in account planning, quota setting, and sales target allocation.
Assist in the development and implementation of sales process training programs and materials.
Work with finance and operations teams to inform planning and decision making for sales incentive and compensation plans.
Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure effective lead generation and marketing campaign tracking.
Identify process bottlenecks and propose solutions to streamline sales operations and improve efficiency.
Monitor and manage sales analytics tools and technologies to ensure they are effectively utilized by the sales team.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales operations and provide recommendations for improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in sales operations, sales analytics, or related roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
Proficiency in using CRM systems (such as Salesforce), sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Familiarity with sales processes, lead management, and pipeline management.
Knowledge of sales enablement strategies and tools is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
