JOB DESCRIPTION
- Analyze client needs
- Analyze new trends, business opportunities and market segmentation
- Evaluate previous performance and increase ROI effectiveness
- Manage international scale sales and marketing operations
- Plan marketing strategies and develop sales on a domestic scale
- Develop and organize business research
- Develop social media and strategies to increase marketing and sales
- Manage marketing strategies, campaigns and communications
- Develop vertical business and plan to increase target market
- Evaluate the target market and prepare data related to business development
- Implement client suggestions and wishes to increase consumer loyalty
- Arrange service agreements with business partners
- Negotiating with domestic business partners and preparing for future business collaborations
- Prepare plans for new target markets
- Review the strategies and programs being implemented, including the products offered and business competitors.
REQUIREMENTS
- Male/female
- Have experience as Marketing Manager Development 3 years - 5 years
- Minimum age 25 years - 35 years
- Minimum education S1/S2
- Graduates in Management, Business, Administration, Communication or Public Relations
- Dress neatly and attractively
- Able to use Indonesian and English orally and understand Mandarin is an added value
- Have good analysis
- Master MS. Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
- Have a personality that is honest, tenacious, thorough, disciplined, takes initiative, does not give up easily and is committed
- Have good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Have innovative ideas
- Understanding and understanding Housware products is an added value
