TELEMARKETING MANAGER – LOGISTIC

ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Our client, a multinational company from Germany is looking for potential candidates to be placed as Telemarketing Manager with details as follows:
JOB SUMMARY
- Position: Telemarketing Manager
- Division: Telemarketing
- Location: Jakarta

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure Telemarketing Executives provide the targeted number of Prospects in order for Field sales and Telesales to achieve acquisition targets.
- Ensure the Global Sales Program are well understood and implemented across the Telemarketing department.
- Ensure Telemarketing Executives record all suspects and Prospects in the Sales Pipeline in order to perform accurate analysis of conversion rates etc.
- Ensure all Multi-Channel customers (Account Customers) are managed through the Telemarketing team to effectively develop and identify customers with potential for allocation to Telesales or Field sales.
- Design sales and implement marketing campaigns that meet the shipping needs of Multi Chanel customers. This involves working closely with the Country Marketing team to agree delivery of campaign plan.
- Increase time on the phone qualifying leads through reducing/minimizing “time stealers”, i.e. inbound service calls.
- Ensure that all activities are updated accurately in Sales automation system, e.g. sales activity codes, customers contact details, etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Bachelor degree, preferably in Economics or Business with broad knowledge of Sales
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Sales in a service-related industry
- Experience in managing a Salesforce
- Must be innovative, have good communication, presentation, and analytical skills
- Ability to align qualitative thinking to quantitative analysis in order to reach and justify a strategic or tactical decision
- Fluency in English (written & spoken)
