Our client, an MSME is looking for potential candidates to be placed as Assistant Sales Manager with details as follows:
JOB SUMMARY
- Position: Assistant Sales Manager
- Division: Sales
- Location: Boyolali
- Industry: MSME
- Salary: Rp 7.000.000,00 – Rp 10.000.000,00
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop weekly, monthly, and yearly sales plans/targets.
- Together with the team to develop a work plan/promotion program to support sales.
- Prepare budget and skills training.
- Conduct market and sales analysis.
- Develop product development programs and company branding.
- Develop customer and market development programs.
- Monitor the implementation of the sales program to match the target.
- Ensure the achievement of revenue according to the target.
- Placement in BOYOLALI
REQUIREMENTS:
- D3/S1 graduate from any major (management, marketing, etc.)
- Maximum age 40 years.
- Have 5 years of experience in the same position.
- Having FnB or FMCG experience is preferred.
- Good communication, skill negotiation, teamwork, and goal achiever
- Honest, & responsible.
- Able to use Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point.
- Have SIM A and SIM C.
- Creative, energetic, innovative.
- Have a willingness to learn.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
- Required skills: Target Oriented, good communication, good team building.
